Closed ultrasonic rhinoplasty is a technique applied without any incisions in the nasal skin and without breaking the nasal bones.
In this method, the nasal bone is delicately cut and shaped using the very fine tips of a piezo device. The piezo device operates with ultrasonic sound waves.
Thanks to this technology, postoperative side effects such as swelling, bruising, and edema are minimized. It is possible to perform aesthetic nose surgery with almost no trauma.

Dr. Sedat Koyunsever was born in 1973 in Siverek. He completed his primary and secondary education in Siverek. He graduated from Sivas Cumhuriyet University Faculty of Medicine in 2001. Specializing in Otolaryngology and Head-Neck Surgery, he began his residency at Adana Numune Training and Research Hospital in 2009, completing it in 2014. In the same year, he started working as a specialist doctor at the Ersin Aslan Training and Research Hospital ENT Clinic.
In 2020, he opened his private practice, offering services as an Otolaryngologist and Head-Neck Surgeon. At his clinic, he particularly welcomes patients seeking Rhinoplasty and Facial Rejuvenation.

The non-incisional Closed Approach Septorhinoplasty is employed for aesthetic and functional improvement in suitable cases.
